Every parenting book, every therapist, every well-meaning friend gives you cognitive strategies. But in the moment of activation — when your child is screaming, when the morning implodes — your prefrontal cortex goes offline. You can't access what you know.

The Solution: Work Below Cognition
Neuroenergetics doesn't add more to your mental load. It works at the nervous system level — where the actual decision-making happens — to update the subconscious filters that trigger your automatic responses.
The 4-Step Process
- Arrive as you are — No preparation needed. We meet your nervous system where it is.
- Map the pattern — We identify the specific trigger, filter, and response loop.
- Interrupt and reset — Using the STOP Technique and somatic tools, we interrupt the loop and build a new neural pathway.
- Integrate — You practise daily (10–15 minutes) with a protocol designed for ADHD brains.
The STOP Technique
The core daily practice. A 5-step nervous system reset using positive anchor stacking:
- Build a 5-memory positive anchor (Joy, Love, Power, Physical Strength, Unstoppable)
- 5 reps, twice daily, for at least 14 days
- Each rep takes approximately 30 seconds
- Total daily time: 10–15 minutes
Timeline
- Day 1: Immediate state-shift available via STOP Technique
- Week 2–4: Noticeably longer window before activation
- Week 8: New baseline regulation emerging
- Week 12: Full transformation of automatic responses
What This Is NOT
- Not therapy or counselling
